The 2023 RROS Spring Camping trip will be to the Susanville area in Lassen County. Peter Colasanti and Ruth Rudesill will lead us in search of local specialties. The Eagle Campground in Lassen National Forest will be our base camp. It’s about a half-hour drive north of Susanville. We’ll be checking in Thursday, June 1, and checking out Sunday, June 4. This is a popular campground, so if you are planning on joining us, you should make a reservation soon at Eagle Campground, Lassen National Forest - Recreation.gov. Susanville offers accommodations for those who would rather not camp. At this time, the trip’s meeting time and departing time are not accurate, though the dates are correct.
